Daniel is joined by Joshua Chaires, the founder of Phantom Detectives LLC, a paranormal investigation group dedicated to using the scientific method combined with the latest and greatest equipment in their studies.

We learn about the history of the group as well as Joshua's personally story. He tells us of his scariest encounters out in the field and gives his theories on why places like battlefields and cemeteries get haunted.
