Uncle Sam at the Rallies...What's Up?

Frequently at rallies, Mr. T. singles out, and even speaks to "Uncle Sam." While the Uncle Sam costume is not uncommon at rallies, the Universe was asked if there was code, communication, or information involved with the one singled out (who said it was his birthday) at the Latrobe, PA rally on 11/05/2022.
