Military Affairs: Has the British Military Intelligence crossed the Red Line?

Recent revelations by the Russian Defense Ministry, after the Ukrainian drone attack on the Russian Black Sea Fleet, that the British Royal Navy was involved might indicate that Britain has crossed the Red Line.
I think, considering the patience of the Russians, this is a serious warning and a huge step up for the Russian Military command to divulge this kind of information.
