What is the point of getting a divorce when your over 60? Chances are you may as well hang on for a few years as one of you is bound to drop dead with old age. Just make sure you have lots of life insurance on your husband or wife. Then eat healthy and exercise and with luck you will outlive the other. Then it’s like winning the lottery. If you divorce you may have to give your wife half of your stuff. Personally I would rather live in pure misery for a few years than give her half of my stuff. I hope this helps.
