Citigroup says AMC valued at $1.20 are they sitting on billions of AMC shorts?

Why would Citigroup release an article saying AMC is worth $1.20 when they are supposed to be marketing APE shares That makes absolutely no sense The higher the price they sell APE for the more money they make This tells me they are probably sitting on Billions of AMC shorts
