Brazil's Bolsonaro Says He'll Follow Constitution

Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro vowed to respect the constitution and while stopping short of formally conceding defeat, authorized the government to start the political transition after his loss to Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
