THIS Is what communism looks like in AMERICA!

This is ridiculous. The guy may have been smarting off to them, but that was NO REASON to detain him. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! Stuff like this needs to STOP! He showed her what he had, so NO OFFENSE was committed other than "disrespect". I don't respect anyone who acts like this, but I DO back the BLUE as far as MOST officers. Not all of them are like this.. but this is ridiculous.
