As I stop for a short while, one of the many, many spy vehicles following me across the city maneuvered toward me. UPS, 1157 am, 32 Third Avenue, nothing relevant to upload from here. On many occasions when I go out, I see vehicles with their headlights on, no matter time and weather. I assume this is a way to tell me, we are here, also, a way to quickly recognize each other without using communication devices. This harassment is also employed in the street where I live, where parked vehicles near/next to my apartment remain with their headlights, blinking lights or parking lights on, sometimes for very extended periods, an entire night, as another form of harassment the CIA/FBI, aka Narco-Nazis, use in the stalking of my persona.
