Control of a Magnetic Levitation System with Communication Imperfections – Detailed Ball Movement

This video demonstrates the performance improvement using a model-based coupling approach compared to a conventional zero-order-hold coupling. In the first 12s the zero-order-hold coupling is used while afterwards the model-based coupling gets applied which results in a smooth ball movement.
