RAF C130 Departs Gibraltar

Gibraltar is often considered an unusual airport because there is a roadway that runs through the middle of the runway. Full video of Road on the Runway here: https://youtu.be/fxpCIfWA3Gk

The roadway makes Gibraltar and unusual airport since cars and people cross the runway when there are no planes. Each time a plane comes in for landing or departing, traffic on this only roadway entrance into Gibraltar is stopped. This is probably the biggest factor that makes Gibraltar an unusual airport.
