Balsamic Chicken and Brussel Sprouts One Pan Dinner

Chicken on the bone
Brussel Sprouts, cut in half
Grape Tomatoes, cut in half
One onion, chopped (chunky)
1/4 c Maple syrup
1/4 c Balsamic Vinegar
Garlic Powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Olive oil

1. Pour olive oil on the pan
2. Place chicken
3. Mix maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and 1/4 t garlic powder. Pour over Brussel sprouts and toss to coat completely.
4. Add Brussel sprouts, onions, and tomatoes to the pan (mix or keep separate).
5. Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
6. Bake at 350 degrees until thoroughly cooked.
7. Serve with rice or baked potatoes. Enjoy!
