Turn Lane Fail 2

Dash Cam video of a near miss incident that happened to me the other day in Waycross Ga. This driver decided that it would be a good idea to use the first drive at this Walmart to get to the Auto Center (which has it's own drive further down). Coming to a complete stop to let another car pass before turning in. This driver could have continued into the parking lot and then turned around to be in the correct orientation to turn into the Auto Center but they did not and almost got rear ended by me in the process.
