Mash Potato Stuffed Meatloaf Yummy!!!!

Make Instant potatoes
1 1/3 cup Water
1/3 Cup Milk
2 Tbles
Bring to boil
Add
1 1/3 Cup potato flakes
Stir and set aside
1 lb Hamburger
1 Egg
1/2 Cup chopped green or yellow pepper
1/2 Cup quick Oats
1/3 Cup Chopped Onions
3/4 Tsp pepper
Mix together
Flatten it out on parchment paper
Add mash potatoes down center and roll like a jelly roll
Bake 350 for 30ty minutes
Remove from oven
Top with
1 can Tomatoe Juice 11.5 ounces
and 1/4 cup ketchup
Bake additional 18 to 22 minutes
Internal 160
Rest for 5 minutes
