True inner power, courage and strength has nothing to do with dominating others or pushing things through no matter what or who suffers.

It is the embodiment and expression your of innate power, courage and strength that helps you to always stay true to yourself, a power that others can feel emanating from you.

It is a power that does not need any words nor any force.

It helps you to thrive in the face of change and to overcome any challenges with ease and grace.

It is your birthright that you are now activating and embodying.

This is a process and it will take as long as it takes, depending on where you are on your journey and is in your highest and best good and in alignment with all of yourself.

The more consistently you watch/listen, the better the results will be.
