Ft Myer FL during Hurricane Ian possible Tsunami?

What is a tsunami? A series of waves caused by earthquakes or undersea volcanic Explosions (like cleaning out DUMBS). Could the damages in Ft Myer be caused by a tsunami instead? There has been cleaning up of DUMBS in that area - Like all the CEMEX Locations.
