Agents on directory website say they sell property within 3 weeks. Is this realistic?

David asked us this question - I am looking for an estate agent to sell my property and searched online. The recommended agent list the site returned showed they all sell within 3 weeks with a couple saying 2, but someone said this isn’t possible. Which is true?
