Should you rent or buy in Chicago right now? 🤔

Make sure you’re considering your timeline: are you planning on staying in Chicago (or the suburbs) for the next few years?

If so, I mentioned in my previous video that rent prices are projected to soar fir the next few months/years to recoup the losses of 2020-2022.

Paying a mortgage for a home is a much better option. Not only is it a more stable choice versus rent, which can fluctuate, but you also receive an investment for your money.
