Explained what is going on in the clip by Kotya
Bell said zowazowa, which is onomatopoeia for shivering/getting goosebumps

then she fumbled her speech and said zowai when she tried to repeat it

instead of zowazowa, which made Memory laugh, asking her if that is a Nekonogi language and that a new word is being invented

and then Bell added pon to include Memory as well

and that's how ponzowai is made, Bell then added -gani to the end turned it into ponzuwaigani

Then Memory asked if Bell has eaten Zuwaigani recently since it's very like ponzuwaigani that bell said a bit earlier

which Bell replied in english "I don't know" after that she started speaking english a bit saying it's delicious but she has no money because of buying vivid goods. There's also talk about Bell preferring money over crab and money is more delicious and then Memory responded that money can't be eaten
