Cop Arrives Seemingly in the Nick of Time, Fatally Shoots Knife-Wielding "Anti-Violence Activist"

** GRAPHIC WARNING ** Baltimore Police Department released body cam footage of an officer-involved shooting on Sunday of Tyree Moorehead, an "anti-violence activist" who is known for spray painting the phrase "No Shoot Zone" at shooting and homicide sites around the city. Officer Zachary Rutherford found Moorehead lunging at a woman with a butcher knife and discharged his weapon. “We think it is clear that this officer saved this woman’s life,” said Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison. Moorehead, who faced mental health challenges according to friends and family, later passed away at an area hospital.
