Sour Dough Starter Bug...
Day 1 50gm flour and 50ml tepid water, stir till all combined.

Day 2 Another 50gm Flour and 50gm of Water, till till combined.

Day 3 Discard 100gm of Starter and repeat the process for day 1 and 2

Day 4 Discard 150gm of Starter, Feed with 100gm of Flour and 100ml of Water

Day 5 Discard 200gm of Starter, and feed with 150gm of Flour and 150ml of water.

Day 6 Discard 250gm of Starter, and feed with 200gm of Flour and 200ml of water.
