Samsung Refrigerator Ice Build-Up and Leaking Water Inside Drawers - How to Fully Fix it Forever

Make sure the electricity is turned off on the fridge when dealing with electricity, such as installing/splicing the secondary heater in. You'll need to turn it on to run the forced defrost mode, however, which is safe to do with the evaporator panel moved to the side (but plugged in for fan/ect)
