Samsung Refrigerator Making Noise - How to Find and Address Fan Noises

I had a Samsung refrigerator in my shop that was making a noise from the fan which is a common problem, so I went ahead and tore it apart to diagnose it, and show you why it can be elusive if the panel gets frozen. I cover a few things in the video including:
