When hiring someone....yes skills are important....but FAR LESS IMPORTANT than their ATTITUDE, PERSONALITY, and HOW WELL THEY FIT IN WITH YOUR CULTURE. It's not worth it...no matter who it is...no matter how great they are if they don't qualify with the 3 factors above.
