Putting the finishing touches on a trig problem in PreCal

Allen is trying to measure the sides for a garden that he is sectioning off. The garden is a quarter of a circle with radius 10ft, and each curved section of the garden has to be of equal length. We're checking his work for the lengths of the bases (when looking at the garden vertically).
