Old Man Winter Comes Crashing In -Great Lakes Weather

A strong high-pressure system will settle over Alaska and northern regions during the course of next week. This will trap arctic air over the continental United States, welcoming winter and bringing snow potential. Snow accumulations may not necessarily reflect snowfall amounts as ground temperatures will likely be warmer, but it appears inevitable that we will not make it through next week without some snow.
