Climate activists block road, causing traffic chaos in Paris

Dozens of climate activists from ‘Derniere Renovation’ (Last Renovation) blocked the Paris ring road, causing major disruptions to traffic. The protest group demanded that Macron’s government do more ‘to curb climate change and save lives.’ The activists were able to block the road for around 30 minutes before being dispersed by police.
