Once again the lives of two Muslim youths were ruined. Police could not prove the allegation. Picked up whomever he wanted and put him in jail. Two to four ten years rotten then abandoned.

The same thing has happened with Muslims for many years. It is good why the courts are not late, justice is being given. But it is a matter of regret that the lives of innocent people who are trapped in jail are being destroyed.

In the last few years, the courts of our country have acquitted hundreds of Muslims because the charges were not proved.

Some were released after 20 years, some after 15 years, some went to jail after two or four years and were released in old age.

One such case is of Delhi riots. The court honorably acquitted two Muslims who were arrested on the charges of communal riots that took place two years ago in the capital Delhi.

The Karkardooma Court, while acquitting Shahrukh and Zubair of all charges, said that the police have not been able to prove the charges in any of the cases registered against them.

Delhi Police had registered an FIR against them under sections 147, 148, 149, 427 and 436 of IPS, but police could not prove the charge in any section.

Let us tell you that the case of these was being fought by Salim Malik, the lawyer of Maulana Mahmood Madani, president of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind.

Salim Malik says that, "Delhi Police had arrested innocent people for the riots and made baseless allegations against them, but we are getting justice from the court."

After the Delhi riots, there was pressure on the police to take action, so whatever the police found, they arrested him as a rioter. Many cases were registered against these people but the police completely failed to prove the accused in most of the cases.

On the release of Shahrukh and Zubair, Maulana Mahmood Madani expressed happiness saying that, police may have registered false cases but we have full faith in the court. In the case of Delhi riots, we have got many innocent people released through the court, the remaining innocent people will also be released soon.
