The Development of Queer Theory (2/4)

A short course on the development of queer theory and what has become known as gender ideology.
The second lecture traces the innovations made by Gramsci and Althusser. We then turn to Foucault directly, whose thought forms the foundation of queer theory and the notion that gender is divorced from sex and biology.
