Self-Defender Freed on Second Retrial After Successful Appeal

Christopher Endicott was a good guy who thought he was protecting his friend from a numbskull with a gun. Chewed up in the justice system with a hung jury the first time (11 to acquit, 1 to convict) he was convicted at the second trial. On appeal he argued the Court should have given a Defense of Others jury instruction. His case was reversed on appeal and this video explains why.
