Woman, Why Weepest Thou?

Mary Magdalene was left alone outside the sepulchre and she stood there weeping over the loss of the body of Jesus Christ. Even though she had heard the teachings of Jesus Christ about His death and resurrection, Mary did not comprehend what had happened. Jesus Christ had raised others from the dead – most recently, Lazarus, but the disciples had trouble grasping the thought that Jesus Christ was going to die and then rise from the dead. The disciples did not yet have the spiritual understanding that they needed.
