This is a video captured and slowed down I noticed on a Journalist site called Facts Matter.
He did not notice his camera man on Election day caught this guy stuffing ballots " MULE" just like they did to Trump. Who knows how many Boxes he went to or how many of these people were out and about that day?
In the video I slowed it down and zoomed in so you can see he is pulling out from under his shirt the ballots and depositing them into the drop box.
