MLB Will NEVER Be The Same Again! Gary Sheffield Jr Explains to Chrissie Mayr the NEW Rule Changes

Gary Sheffield JR sits down with Chrissie Mayr to explain the coming changes to the game of Baseball. Over the years a common complaint of Baseball in this TikTok world is that it is too slow. Often for those that do not appreciate the nuance of the game they may feel that things like pitchers taking long times on the mound between pitches, batters stepping out of the box between pitches, & the general speed between plays taking very long. When in competition with sports that have constant action like Basketball it could be understandable that people's enjoyment and attention may wander elsewhere. This though for those that love and understand the game may also be something not worth chasing. When changing core mechanics of competition like the outfield shift, pitching timers, and other things the level of competition may be hindered. If an outfield can not adjust to be prepared for a hitter that often hits to left field this may bring more entertaining hits, but it is also bringing less competition. The ability to know who you are versing & preparing for their skill. With everything said though, Baseball is America's game and also beloved world wide so it is highly doubtful that even with changes the game can be stopped.

Take me out to the ball game,
