Light Anomaly 11-6-22

Whatever that ghost dog looking thing is.... whether its a lens artifact only 2 color night vision cameras happen to pick up, or some interdimensional being.... it weirded everyone here out enough to disrupt the night. Let me know what you think it is below and we can pontificate on it...

Every color night vision camera that i have shows extra lights in improbable places. No clue why.. If you are knowledged on cams with starlight sensors and can school me on this jazz so I understand, you prolly know how to find me and I'd appreciate it!
