How to Make & Attach a Stretchy Ribbed Cuff - Claremont Crochet Sweater

How to make a slip stitch ribbed cuff with stretch! For this version the cuff is crocheted first and then sewn onto the sleeve of the sweater. Instructions are for my Claremont Sweater but the technique could be used for your own design.
