Another ship looks to be going bust. But when online is often cheaper. Not to mention supermarkets now sell everything 24 hours a day including clothes and DIY. And that just to drive to a shop is expensive in fuel plus traffic plus speed cameras plus no place to park unless you pay. It is amazing if any shops are in business soon. The rent and rates alone will kill your profits. Plus all the scum who shoplift. Then all your staff who sue you for anything they can dream up.
