Darby Keaton loved life but most of all…she loved the people in her life. Andrew Keaton was the love of her life and her husband as well.

Together with Darby’s best friend and their next-door neighbor, Sandy, Grace gave Andrew a hard time about everything, especially his lack of helping Darby out with the new baby. She struggled to care for her teething, colicky baby while shielding her grumpy husband from such inconveniences as being kept up by the baby’s crying.

She knew his high-paying, demanding job was stressful to him so she strived to make home life as comfortable as possible. But her body just wouldn’t hold up to all her heart wanted to do for Andrew, Janis, and the others in her life.
