Dump Truck Chase?

Dash cam video of an incident that occurred in which a dump truck pulled out from a dirt road and a car then pulls a 180 degree turn and chases after the dump truck. I have no idea what prompted this but it was interesting. It's not everyday you see a car spin a 180 to chase after a dump truck and attempt to run it off the road.
