Why Was Only 21 Babies Born In The Entire State Of Victoria Last December?

Disturbing results at the Australian Bureau Of Statistics website suggest that birth rates across the country are in freefall with a sickening focus on Victoria, according to their own data the ABS say that only 21 children were born there in the month of December 2021 and this is the most recent statistics on the nations birth rate we have to go off.
