In a bombshell moment at the last minute of Day 22 of the Emergency Act Inquiry, Lawyer Brendan Miller, with fellow freedom lawyer Eva Chipiuk at his side, tells the Inquiry about hundreds and hundreds of late disclosure documents he has stumbled across from the Department of Justice.
