How to control what you can to combat worry

One of the most effective ways to combat worry is to learn what you can control and then take control over those things. When you feel like you're in control of your life, you're less likely to worry about things that are out of your control.
Once you've identified the things that you can control, it's important to take action. Make a plan to control the things that you can, and then let go of the things that you can't. This will help you to feel more in control of your life and less worried about the things that are out of your control.
