Thanksgiving Sweet Potato Casserole

40 oz Can Sweet Potatoes
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Butter (melted)
1/2 Tsp ground Cinnamon
Topping:
25 Ritz Crackers (Coarsely Crushed)
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/4 Butter (melted)
Bake 350 20 - 25 Minutes
