Spectrum, 1250 pm, Broadway and 4th St, a staff comes to meet me, I’ve seen the same in a number of stores, in many actually, where a particular staff is assigned to help me, in this case the concern, I believe, was about the equipment I was returning. Much of the equipment I have received from Spectrum, I strongly believe, has been altered by the spies to limit my access to the internet, in this case, I think the idea is to avoid any confusion that this equipment won’t be mix up with the regular one.
