RIGHT TO TRAVEL - An Inalienable Right 5th Amendment: American Citizens have the inalienable right to use roadways unrestricted in any manner as long as they are not damaging or violating property or rights of others.
Even though bicycles have the right to travel upon the roadways, ignorant drivers get frustrated. Drivers think bicycles should be out of their way and honking at this man before I followed him.
