Do you feel that some people are just too much for you?

We all aspire to be our best selves, but sometimes it feels like there are things beyond our control that push us over the edge.

Christmas is just around the corner and it can be the worst time of the year for many of my clients.

They have to attend Christmas parties and get triggered by people who are trying to drag them down.

Before you read any further, check in with yourself right now and think of the people you spend most of your time with.

Do they always find something to complain about?
Do they love drama?
Are they always blaming everyone else for their lack or results?
Do they criticize you and undermine your confidence?
Are they dream destroyers?
These are called toxic people.
