Where Did You Get That Hat?

There is only one listing of this song in the Bodleian Broadside library here:

This song appeared in the recent Enola Holmes 2 movie, so it was good to see that they used an authentic music hall song. Wikipedia says that the song was written by Joseph Sullivan around 1888, but another site lists James Rolmaz as the author:

This is possibly because James Rolmaz wrote a sequel to the song in 1891:

Given that we have a new Prince of Wales, and he wears lots of hats, and appears in the song, I have used some photos of him in hats (I don't own the rights to any of the pictures).
