The previous owners clearly loved growing plants, but this raised bed garden area seemed to be neglected for quite a few years. It was time to dig in, clear the area of the Solidago and the invasive plants that snuck in, and start anew! Too bad we didn't get to the mulch before the snow, but that's how the seasons go!
