In this episode of The Bald Brad Show, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) responded to repeated attacks from former President Donald Trump during a press conference on Tuesday, saying it’s “just noise” and he’s focused on delivering for voters at the highest level possible. DeSantis was asked by a reporter what he thinks about Trump’s “big announcement” tonight and his thoughts about Trump repeatedly attacking him. Furthermore, A white middle school teacher in Texas is now out of a job after he admitted to a racially diverse group of students that he harbored "ethnocentric" prejudices against those of other races. Sometime last week, the unnamed teacher at Bohls Middle School in Pflugerville, Texas, held a class discussion during which he apparently admitted to personally harboring some white supremacist notions and argued that everyone else harbored similar "ethnocentric" notions about their own race as well, even if they do not say so out loud. Lastly, The FBI and Department of Homeland Security do not agree on the security of the U.S. southern border, judging by testimony before the House Committee on Homeland Security. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas seemed to conflict with FBI Director Christopher Wray on Tuesday when asked whether the border is secure. "Secretary Mayorkas, do you continue to maintain that the border is secure?" North Carolina Rep. Dan Bishop asked, referencing a claim Mayorkas made before the Judiciary Committee this summer. "Yes, and we are working day in and day out to enhance security, congressman," Mayorkas responded.
