Conservative Larry Brock catches Liberal Minister of Public Safety Marco Mendicino in several very serious lies in the latest Special Joint Committee on the Declaration of Emergency.

In Brock's questioning of OPP Commissioner Thomas Carrique, he reveals that Marco Mendicino, the Liberal Minister of Public Safety, lied several times, saying that law enforcement had requested the Emergency Act and that the Federal Government had been advised that it met the threshold to invoke the Emergency Act.
