Streaming To Steam Deck, Why is it Such a Headache? Plenty of Demo and Gameplay

Streaming gameplay to my Deck inside my own home has been a hit and miss experience from my Linux rig. This is my primary system and somethings work and others don't. We'll see how it plays when I do it away from home, but I'm both hopeful and skeptical with my internet service.
