Good day! Today John discussed two of his most recent listings, a condo in St. Louis County and then a condo in Jefferson County.

Had a sad encounter when someone didn’t like one of John’s YT shorts. Rather odd what people like and what they don’t and how they express it

Did you know that there are now 8 billion people on earth right now? That seems like a lot of people? Where is the growth coming from?

We checked the Twitter with Steve Saretsky, Darth Powell, and Lance Lambert posting some interesting housing market related stuff.

Finally we discussed three pieces of news. Properly, a proptech company out of Canada laid some people off, a very detailed article discussing the differences between Zillow’s failed iBuying foray and then Opendoor managing to lose almost a billion dollars in one quarter! Nicely done!

Finally, there was an article on Business Insider detailing the carnage in the real estate startup employment arena…spoiler alert…it’s bad.
